Neck Sizer Dies size only the neck of case (not the shoulder or body) just enough to snugly hold the bullet. Each RCBS Die is properly hardened and hand polished. This special RCBS finishing produces a die that will withstand years and years of the abrasive type of wear caused by case sizing.
